Returns & Refunds

Thank you for choosing Inkpattern for your custom T-shirts, hoodies, and accessories. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or refund your order. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

2. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3.Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team at support@inkpattern.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.

4. Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at support@inkpattern.com to obtain a return authorization and shipping address. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

5. Manufacturing Defects and Errors

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if there was an error in your order, please contact us immediately at support@inkpattern.com. We will arrange for the return shipping and send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, as per your preference.

6. Customized and Personalized Items

Please be aware that customized and personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
